"I've been working on a hookah lounge, bar, and restaurant concept for the last few years, and one of my biggest challenges was tackling real-estate scouting. Luckily I got a bit of a break when I crossed paths with Susie. She is one of the best people in the industry for helping you find the place you need, for whatever you may require. This lady goes the extra mile for her clients, no matter what challenges you may face; she'll help you tackle every situation head-on and won't break under pressure. She has excellent negotiation skills, she seems to really care for the people she represents; thus pushing for the best result for your dollar. She knows the city in and out, as we drove through town, she described the pros and cons of almost every neighborhood to me; painting a picture of what to expect. Above all else, she goes out of her way to make things easy and clear; even if it means having to explain the situation to someone like a toddler. Patience is her strength, her drive is unmatched, you'll regret passing up the chance to work with this lady. ★★★★★"

The coop was a cheaper alternative for many home shoppers compared to the other condo building right across the street from my unit, but it was challenging to find the right buyer because the coop required a 20% down. But Susie found us a buyer and they even paid over asking than the sales price, which was amazing! She also found us a larger home. We were originally going to wait and buy our home next year and just rent for the time being, but she introduced us to a home and negotiated well. She got us the deal in 10 days! Others sell and buy and take a year, but I did everything in one month. So thankful for her and her team's service and responsiveness. ★★★★★"

She is very prompt in her responses; the few times that we asked for. She strikes the right balance between giving suggestions and respecting your decision. It was very easy to communicate the type of place we wanted to her. She is very knowledgeable about the SF real estate market, at least the type of properties we were interested in. Overall, it was a pleasure working with her over the last 2 months, and we would strongly recommend her as an agent. ★★★★★"

"From day one, Susie was on point. Funny and just a great person to have around. My cousin and I were looking for investment properties in the city and Susie was more than helpful in showing us the way. She was very knowledgeable of the area and of the SF market. Clearly, she keeps up with the best of San Francisco. She showed us some great properties but unfortunately nothing that worked for us at the time. But I’m not worried since we’ll be back again and I know Susie will be there to get us the perfect property. ★★★★★"
